Our main dishes, made with eggs from Miyazaki Prefecture, offer a selection of several egg dishes to choose from. Each main dish is carefully prepared to order, using "Ebino Kogen Eggs" from Ebino City, Miyazaki Prefecture. These eggs, born from the bounty of Kirishima's natural environment and meticulous chicken rearing methods, are characterized by their elasticity and rich flavor. Choose from egg dishes such as "Aya Grape Pork Kinako-Scented Egg Galette," "Sadowara Eggplant Dress Omelet," and "Omelet Wrapped in the Bounty of Miyazaki."

Salads, cheeses, soups, and other items are available in a semi-buffet style.

In the early morning, you might encounter the magical "path of the rising sun" illuminating the ocean.
